There weren't a lot of movies to pick from, but we finally settled on Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day. Now this film isn't going to win any awards and it didn't have any deep meaning but I did enjoy it. It was just a silly fun movie that was perfect for my celebration event.
Amy Adams was absolutely adorable as Delysia LaFosse (aka Sarah Grubb we find out) and OH. MY. GOD. I LOVED LEE PACE IN THIS MOVIE. I love him in Pushing Daisies but with that British accent and that stubble, too? Too wonderful. The costumes were beautiful, the music was fun and I laughed a lot. ****
