This might be my last week watching American Idol.

First, they go and eliminate Michael Johns.

WRONG.

Now, America has outdone itself in wrongness. They have eliminated freaking CARLY SMITHSON. On a night when she totally dominated singing "Jesus Christ Superstar"--in a super cute dress at that. EW.com agrees with me.

What is wrong with you America? Do you really think that dreads are hot enough to keep someone in a competition who really truly honestly CANNOT SING? What is your obsession with weird hair? First Sanjaya, now Jason?

GET OVER THE HAIR. This is a singing competition.

Yeah, yeah, knowing me I will be watching next week but if David Cook is ever in the bottom three, I'm done.
