Songs that were pretty successful for karaoke-ing tonight:
- Hit Me Baby One More Time (Britney can't sing so it helps make us sound pretty okay)
- Wannabe (We knew the song, did the Spice Girls justice)
Song that made the audience cringe a little in their seats:
- Goodbye Earl (fun for us, not for them--don't put us in the trunk, Dixie Chicks, we're sorry
Songs that were pretty much butchered:
- Angel (not our fault--those lyrics make no sense, thanks Shaggy)
- Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy (not even the "Little and Poor" group name could save it... besides the chorus of course)
Best accessory of the night: the giant Viking in the Holiday Inn lobby. Niiiiiice.
